Fincra now enables you to process refunds to your customers.
Overview
The refunds API allows you as a merchant to initiate refunds, which can be used in either of the scenarios below:
- When a paying customer made an underpayment and you would like to reverse the full amount back to the payer.
- When a paying customer made an overpayment and you would like to reverse the extra amount back to the payer.
