I’ve been noticing more discussions around AI relationships and AI companions lately, and I’m curious how others see this trend. For some people, AI girlfriends or companions seem to offer emotional support, conversation, or a low-pressure way to explore connection without the usual complications of dating.

At the same time, I wonder where the line is between using AI as a tool for self-reflection or companionship and replacing real human interaction. Do you think AI relationships can be healthy in certain contexts, or are they just a temporary substitute?
