Suggested Improvements: Handling Conversion Rate Mismatch Errors When Using Fincra API

Hello everyone,

I recently integrated Granny Game Fincra API into a cross-border payment project and encountered a rather strange situation:

When making payments with foreign currencies, the initial displayed exchange rate differs from the actual rate after completion — the results don't match expectations.

I've checked the documentation, but I'm not sure if Fincra uses real-time exchange rates or applies a fixed rate when creating quotes/payouts.

I'd like to ask:

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? If so, how did you handle it to ensure correct conversions?

In your opinion, when using the Fincra API, should I monitor the quote immediately before transferring or wait for a callback to validate?

Are there any best practices for logging and verifying transactions with multiple currencies to avoid exchange rate discrepancies?

I look forward to receiving experiences and suggestions from the community. Thank you in advance.
