Issue with Currency Conversion in Fincra API Integration

Hi Fincra community,

I’m integrating Fincra’s API for cross-border payments, and I’m encountering an issue with currency conversion. Specifically, when a user makes a payment in a foreign currency, the conversion rate seems inconsistent with the rates shown in the documentation.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or can anyone clarify how the exchange rates are determined during a transaction? Does Fincra use real-time rates, or is there a fixed rate provided at the time of integration?

I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this.
