Onboarding on Fincra

Before you jump right into your integration with Fincra, it's important to note that you would need to successfully onboard on our platform via app.fincra.com to gain access to the full suite of services outlined above.

Our onboarding serves as way for us to vet your business and to ensure that you're given access to the right products at Fincra.

For a seamless onboarding experience, it is important to have certain documents and details handy. Some of these details include:

  1. KYB information that speaks more to your business such as your company address, website, social media pages, operating industry, incorporation number etc.
  2. Your business incorporation certificate and other business incorporation documents that can attest to the business owners (e.g directors and shareholding structure / information)
  3. KYC information for your business owners so we can vet their identities such as valid government IDs, address information etc.
  4. And the relevant supporting documents for all the aforementioned KYB & KYC details.

With these details, we are able to instantly review and verify your business and grant you access to our services.
