How to Handle Webhook Failures or Timeouts Gracefully?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently integrating Fincra's payment APIs into our platform and had a question about webhook handling. Specifically:

What’s the best way to handle webhook failures or timeouts from Fincra’s end?

For example, if our server is down or doesn't respond quickly enough, how does Fincra retry the webhook delivery? Is there a retry schedule or max retry count documented anywhere?

Also, are there any recommended practices for logging and replaying failed webhooks manually for reconciliation purposes?

Would really appreciate guidance from anyone who’s handled this in production before.
